Air Zonk 319k		Ok, take Bonk, one of the Turbografx-16's famous characters, give him snazzy glasses and electricity for hair. Now, put him in a wildly innovative game that breaks genre boundaries! Or, another shooter. Guess which one it is!
Blazing Lazers 205k		Wait a minute, hoss. You're probably thinking that with a name like Blazing Lazers, this would be just another shooter, right? WRONG! It's a shooter where you go UP the screen instead of to the RIGHT! Oooh-hoo-hoo! Folks, I kid because I love.
Bomberman '93 381k		Here we have another shoo... wait a a minute, what? No flying ships? No ridiculous looking weapons? That's right! It's an iteration of Bomberman, and a pretty good one. I like the enemy design!
Bonk's Revenge 344k		Bonk was NEC's attempt to create another Sonic or Mario. They failed, but had reasonable success with the license. This one is colorful and fun, so give it a spin if you want an alternative to the usual band of do-gooders.
Dead Moon 227k		With a name like Dead Moon, you might assume this to be an interesting investigation into the potential for life on the moon, and its implications for the primacy of man. Nope, it's a shooter.
Devil's Crush 201k		Often regarded as the best video pinball ever, Devil's Crush is amusing in a creepy sort of way. This is the one to play if you want pinball on your system!
Dragon's Curse 167k		Is this a Wonderboy game? Hmmm... you star a guy that goes around, stabbing snakes and other hapless enemies on your quest to seek out the dragon. I like the expression on the snakes' face when you kill them!
Dungeon Explorer 248k		A neat little variant on Guantlet, with a town and more choices for character development. You and a friend can definitely get a kick out of this one!
Galaga '90 117k		An update of a classic arcade game, Galaga. It has some neat backgrounds and new enemies. It does a good job of remaining faithful to the source material, while injecting enough new stuff to hold your attention.
Legendary Axe 163k		This is as good as it gets for platformers on the Turbografx-16. Did I mention that The Turbografx has a lot of shooters? Actually, all joking aside, this is a pretty fun game. You should try it out!
Legendary Axe 2 152k		This game is a sequel to Legendary Axe. It's different in a few ways. Most distrubing is the fact that you start out with a sword, when the title is Legendary AXE. Those Japanese!
Military Madness 277k		A friend extolled the virtues of this game growing up, and I grew so crazed from lust for the game that I nearly puked all over the bus seat on the way home from school. Turn based battles. You will like!
Ninja Spirit 255k		A platformer that somehow plays like a shooter - ridiculous amounts of explosions from a sword swipe. To tell you the truth, I thought this game mediocre at best. But, it has ninjas in it.. albeit ninjas that control and fight like a spaceship.
Parasol Stars 237k		A colorful, cartoony Bubble Bobble prequel. Don't expect to be wowed by the story, but you might have fun with the ever difficult puzzles.
R-Type 160k		Now, you may need to sit down for the shock... ANOTHER SHOOTER! Wahoo! One of the better ones, in some people's eyes. I prefer Dead Moon.
Splatter house 266k		This is a neat one. A gory, zombie, gross-you-out game, with large, attractive graphics. This was an early game to receive the whole 'controversial game' badges.
Time Cruise 255k		Another pinball game. You might get some fun out of this one, but I think that Devil's Crush is better.
Turrican 160k		Another cool one, Turrican has you jumping about the environment, on a quest of staggering proportions. It has innovate weapon usage, and will take you a while to beat.
Vigilante 205k		They seem to love these 'fall off the screen when killed' sort of thing. It's no double dragon, but it will do if you're desparate for some quasi-kung-fu action.
World Court Tennis 99k		A decent tennis simulation! You'll find your tennis needs fulfilled nicely by this one. The computer opponent can be pretty challenging later on.
