Sega Genesis Roms
Comix Zone
1612k
A very unusual game, Comix Zone puts you inside of an animated comic strip. You must fight pane to pane, trying to find a way to escape!
Double Dragon
240k
One of my favorite arcade games, this is by far the most faithful adaptation on a home console that I've seen. Fun, old school brawling action. Whacka! POW! Smacka!
Golden Axe
350k
I remember pumping quarter after quarter into this game, trying to defeat Death Bladder with my cousin. Man, the curses that flew from our pre-pubescent pie-holes! It was some fun.
Golden Axe 2
330k
Golden Axe 2 - now with 40% larger boobs! This game expands on the first one, but, as frequently happens, it's not quite as much fun as the first one.
Lion King
1563k
Who doesn't remember the Lion King? Once of Disney's best, and a darn good platformer to boot. If you have younger siblings or kids, they'll love it as well.
Phantasy Star 2
466k
Oh, Phantasy Star. My goodness! The sequel to one of the best games ever made, this one stands as a monument to awesome design as well. One of the best RPGs ever!
Phantasy Star 3
441k
Hmm... you'll get a lot of different opinions on this game. Some think it sucked, some think it was stellar. I sort of fall in the middle - it was a huge letdown for me after PS2. Craptacular graphics and slow as molasses walking.
Phantasy Star 4
2336k
Oh, Poppers! This game has it all - brilliant combat engine (one of the best ever), neat story line, cool characters - it's the game that Phantasy Star III should have been.
Shining Force
1149k
Ushering in a new era of tactical battles, Shining Force stands as a framework from which modern tactical RPGs are designed. This one will cost you many hours to complete!
Shining in the Darkness
618k
You'll notice that the word 'Shining' immediately conjures to mind tactical RPGs and the ilk (until the till-fated recent game just as Shining Soul.) This is a solid series, if you have the patience to appreciate it all.
Streets of Rage 2
1010k
Streets of RAGE! A great beat-em-up series for the Genesis. It's like Double Dragon or Final Fight, but with that tangy, Genesis flavor. You can't go wrong with Streets of Rage!
