Might and Magic III System: SNES US release: 1994 I played this on the PC - Might and Magic III, Isles of Terra. It was slow, and somewhat cumbersome, but still a good deal of fun. Unfortunately, on the SNES, the lack of a mouse really makes it difficult to play. It's slow, ugly, and it feels like you're slogging through mud to get anywhere. Do yourself a favor and play the PC version if you want to experience the early Might and Magic games. Download Might and Magic III

Lufia II System: SNES US release: 1996 A sequel to the surprising initial offering, Lufia II tweaks the graphics a bit, adds more monsters, and puts a few truly hair-pulling puzzles in there. I never did finish this one - while I enjoyed the puzzles and the battles for a little while, it eventually felt like I wasn't really getting anywhere - the pacing is a bit off. Whatever the case, this game is definitely worth a download if you are a fan of the first one. Download Lufia 2
